To encourage the use of paperbacks and to keep you reading cheaply, we have now set up our Summer Reading tables outside. All the books on the tables are 50 cents each!! Titles range from Current Mysteries to children’s books. These books are perfect for camp and summer holidays and at these prices you can try many new authors.

Temporary Store Hours!

From May 6th until June 14th the store hours will be:

Monday – Friday: 10 – 6

Saturday: 9-6

Sunday: 12-5

Change of Hours

We will be changing our store hours for the following time period:

March 5th – 13th we will open weekdays at 10:00 AM and close at 6 PM

Weekend hours will remain the same: Saturday 9 – 6, Sunday 12 – 5.

This is being done to accommodate staff holidays

(During this time period we will be trading books as per usual but will be buying only SELECT books)

I would like to take this time to wish all of our customers, old and new, the best for 2013. I look forward to all the new/used titles that a new year brings. Since the world did not end in 2012 – go figure – we all have more time to catch up with our favourite authors whether it be a good mystery, being swept away by a prince in medieval England, or just a good classic. Spend the time reading everyday and encourage a child to pick up a book and expand their mind.
